LazyCAT Studio provides website-related services that may include website design, setup, hosting, maintenance, technical management, content updates, domain connection assistance, forms, and other related services.

The exact services, features, and pricing included in your project will be based on the package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement provided to you at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges related to the service or subscription you selected.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

Monthly website services are billed on a recurring basis.

Unless otherwise stated, monthly plans do not require a long-term contract and may be cancelled at any time.

Cancelling a subscription will stop future recurring charges.

Cancellation does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments.

Payments from previous billing periods are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If there is a billing or service issue and LazyCAT Studio approves a refund, the maximum refund will be limited to the most recent monthly payment. Payments made for earlier billing periods will not be refunded.

Cancelling a monthly subscription only stops future recurring charges. It does not provide refunds for previous months.

If the most recent monthly payment is refunded, ongoing website hosting, maintenance, management, or related services may end when the refund or cancellation is processed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and materials needed for their website, including business information, contact details, photos, logos, written content, pricing, and service information.

Clients confirm that they have permission to use any materials they provide to LazyCAT Studio.

The amount of revisions or updates included will depend on the service or package selected.

Work outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee or separate quote.

Clients are generally responsible for maintaining ownership of their domain name and paying any domain renewal fees unless otherwise agreed.

LazyCAT Studio may assist with connecting or configuring a domain.

We are not responsible for domain expiration caused by missed payments, registrar issues, or circumstances outside our control.

We make reasonable efforts to keep hosted websites available and functioning properly.

However, uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, hosting providers, third-party services, software issues, security concerns, or other circumstances outside our control.

Our services may rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, payment processors, email providers, domain registrars, forms, or other software.

LazyCAT Studio is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.

LazyCAT Studio does not guarantee any specific number of leads, customers, sales, revenue, search rankings, or other business results.

Website performance and business results depend on many factors outside our control.

Clients retain ownership of the content and materials they provide.

LazyCAT Studio retains ownership of its internal systems, reusable design methods, templates, workflows, processes, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LazyCAT Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, website downtime, third-party services, or loss of business opportunities.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
